A build system designed for life
Every element of a Horner House has been designed to provide a premium living experience whilst minimising environmental impact. This is achieved with the innovative Horner House build system.
Horner House buildings are created using the closed panel system of architecture which ensures that they provide a superior level of energy efficiency and insulation. This high performance results in comfortable interior temperatures in every season, a minimal carbon footprint and incredibly low running costs.
The benefits of the Horner House closed panel system don’t end there. As the vast majority of the building is developed in the factory the system offers an extremely efficient construction process, with in minimal labour time on site after the laying of groundworks. With a build process that runs like clockwork you can get on with your life, without any of the uncertainties and unexpected issues that are often associated with house-build projects.
The heart of a Horner House comes from you, and it’s because of this we’ve developed the designs to accommodate a flexible range of supplementary technologies based on your own requirements. The house designs can comfortably host micro-renewable facilities, ground and air source heating pumps, photo-voltaic solar panels and more. The potential is virtually limitless.
